Our commercial and office center project in Ciudad Neily spans 770m², designed to harmonize with the region’s tropical architecture while offering a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. Given the hot and humid climate, we aimed to create a structure that is both resilient and inviting. The design contrasts a solid, durable concrete framework with a lightweight screen of louvers that shields the glass façade from direct sunlight while allowing ample natural light to permeate the interiors. This thoughtful approach enhances the building’s energy efficiency and fosters a comfortable working environment.
