 In designing a four-studio residential block in Playa Samara, Costa Rica, our primary goal was to create a harmonious balance between architecture and its lush tropical surroundings. The compact 200m² layout maximizes space while promoting sustainability. Green walls enhance privacy and serve as natural sun shields, allowing for a comfortable indoor climate. By incorporating native vegetation, the design fosters a sense of connection with nature while offering a contemporary aesthetic.
