Institutional governmental project which seeks to reflect, with its horizontality and exposed concrete materials, the solidity and stability represented by the education regulatory body in our country. The concrete perforations and steps on the exterior control the effect of solar radiation and allow for cross ventilation to create an adequate internal microclimate and reduce energy consumption in the building. In terms of spatiality, double-height areas and mezzanines are designed internally to create visual connections and interaction between officials and other users of the project.
